Colleagues at peer level can be supportive. Opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.
Cons
Poor and inconsistent management practices. Lack of support from leadership when issues are raised. Performance management processes felt unfair and overly critical. Concerns raised were not taken seriously or addressed appropriately. Culture can feel unsupportive and lacking transparency. I would not recommend working here until leadership and culture are seriously improved.
