Cameron Real Estate Group—and Cameron Prestige—offer fantastic training and growth opportunities to real estate salespeople, whether seasoned or new to the industry. As a new agent, I was blown away at the attention and help they gave me in getting my business started up. They have an exceptional capping program and multiple onboarding training options, including a Fast Track program (for pre-licensed agents), Productivity Group (for first-year agents), and Buyer Leads Group. I highly recommend them, especially for entrepreneurial agents who, like me and my colleagues, know the sky is the limit.
Cons
Though they're growing fast, Cameron's reach in Western Massachusetts is less so than in the Boston Area. So, if you're an agent out west, you can feel a bit detached from the in-person trainings, events, and benefits (such as open house print-outs, balloons, etc.).
