      Almost all of the lower level employees are absolutely lovely people and a joy to work with.

      Cons

      The amount of cruel mismanagement, abuse by managers and the ceo himself, and general toxic culture make this place an absolute nightmare to work at

      Our Team Mentor was very friendly. She kept me on my feet about what I had learned and process that information quickly..assisting customers in a timely manner with professionalism

      High call volumes, stressful work environment, work from home only offered to top employees as of 2024, not guaranteed contract extension, hybrid only offered to management roles, rarely offers opportunities for career growth internally, no health, dental, etc benefits for agents
