Pros
There is opportunity to be promoted easily as long as you do your job well, it's easy to speak with people who are higher up the ladder than you and to get to know them well and commission can be great.
Cons
Frequently have to work long hours and if you are paid salary it'll suck. The company doesn't seem to care much for its residents like it claims to, frequent employee turnover, when something goes wrong the higher ups like to assign blame or ignore the problem altogether, besides commission, benefits were pretty average and nothing stands out that would attract potential employees in my opinion...Honestly there are A LOT of cons to working here.
I could write a very long and detailed list but it would take forever. But the truth is, it isn't a bad place to work at for a few years- just do yourself a favor and move on from this company before the toxicity of the place seeps into your life. One more thing- it has been several years since I worked here and there's a really good chance that the company has completely changed- it was always change so take what I have said with a grain of salt.
