Colleagues can be really amazing, in office lunch via Picnic, snacks, cold brew on tap, basic needs are covered.
Cons
Unprofessionalism galore. Upper management can get very comfortable and handsy, blurs lines like crazy (and no one says a word). Pay is quite literally insanity for the workload and expectations. Trust and believe we are social workers, the majority of the population we work with are barely equipped to pass high school courses - let alone college level classes. Many many more cons
