Where to start? The biggest problem is probably the fact that every department is overworked and backlogged. Growth has been fast and the company hasn't adequately scaled to match that growth. We are still using many of the same processes despite the fact that they are proving not to work. We keep investing time, energy, and resources into new initiatives just to abandon them a few months later. When I started the company truly lived its values, it really doesn't feel that way anymore.
