Pros
Friendly and supportive coworkers — the non-commission structure helps foster a team-oriented environment rather than competition. Good employee discount. Free uniforms are provided. 401k pto blablabla Pay is decent for retail, but that's about it.
Cons
Micromanagement Not being commission-based also means the base salary isn't very competitive, especially considering the workload. Management is toxic and creates a stressful atmosphere. There’s a big disconnect between how management actually operates and what’s written in the employee handbook. Favoritism is a major issue.
