I like the company. I've been with them for 3 years. I am treated with respect, supported when I need it! I like the independence. Very nice staff who are helpful and kind. You write your own ticket, company is all over Canada.

I honestly like working at this place. They've always been good to me from the get go and have been loyal to me as a broker.
Be independent, with the ability to wrote your own ticket - IF you know what you're doing, and don't mind doing it with no support.

Be constantly told that "support is coming," year after year, with no changes for the better. Realize that the owner cares nothing for you beyond "how much money are you making me this year?"
