The environment is great, the team is friendly, they care about you, and the job is dynamic. You meet a lot of international students, and they invite you to participate in creating funny content for their social media. I really enjoy my time there

The growth opportunities are limited; they only have three different locations in Toronto, which makes it difficult or takes too long to seek growth.

At least they pay you I guess

Definitely one of the worst places I’ve ever worked. They don’t appreciate anything you do. There’s no bonuses or incentives to get you to work harder other than public shaming. The GM has anger issues. The students are just paycheques to them. Also student housing is a flop industry to get in to unless you want to be a sales person that makes no commission.
