Pros
The people at CDS was what made it great. Close knit workers that contributed to making the company a great place to work at. The opportunity to work on interesting projects and initiatives kept us motivated and interested. The loyalty of the staff to the company was very strong. Competitive salary and benefits package for the industry.
Cons
Many of the people have left and the place has changed considerably. Many of the initiatives have been stalled.
