People are always leaving so there are always different positions to move into.
Cons
CMHA is constantly being hit with multiple human rights complaints for disability discrimination against people with mental illness. Between 2008 - 2013 it faced three separate complaints from employees who were terminated due to mental illness. This organization does not live (or evidently even believe) the values it espouses. The national office is silent on this issue and the regional managers responsible have not been held accountable. This organization should be shutdown for the bigotry and hypocrisy they represent.
