      Volunteers and staff working in the field in Canada and internationally are exceptionally talented and committed. They truly want to help people.

      Cons

      Some of the organization's leaders have become a bit too corporate and tunnel vision losing some of its focus on the humanitarian impact the organization has had in the past.

      - Collaboration and learning environment. - Good salary

      Cons

      Deployments can be long. If you have small children it is difficult to maintain a good work/ life balance.
