Pros
We know this is a startup for Company but it is growing so fast to accommodate supports from different countries. Recently support for Australia region is added. If you really want to work on important BASIS activities which help you in carrier then you are in the right place to move on. You will get chance to work on upgrade/migration/implementation activities in front for sure as there are so many opportunities available.
Cons
Company has taken support for many Projects and there is good count in pipeline but resource crunch is there but Company is hiring new resources.
