Pros
Getting into the rail industry. It’s a great thing to get into and I started off with no experience. I joined in at a new location with lots of kinks to be worked out.
Cons
Sadly the site became extremely understaffed causing a lot of stress and spreading employees thin. There was also a lack of documentation on the site causing finger pointing from the sight we were working under.
