Amazing Place to Work - Anonymous employee Candoris Employee Review

This is a company that clearly values its employees and strives to ensure they feel appreciated.

They make other companies look bad due to being so great!

The first thing that drew me to work at Candoris was their Core Values and company culture. Our Core Values may seem like they are a really nice way to market the company, but this company actually lives them out. I have seen our Core Values at Candoris represented through many decisions and actions that leadership, department heads, and team leads have made over my time at Candoris. Our Core Values are what define our company culture. Being on the Salesforce team the opportunity to consult with many very influential non-profit organizations is so exciting. I find purpose in the every day tasks I do because of the organizations I get to partner with and make an impact beside. This company offers more than just a job to me, it feels more like a family.

Candoris is still considered a small company, which in my eyes is mainly a positive thing, but it does come with some downsides. First, the opportunity to grow into senior level roles is more difficult at a company of this size (but the leadership teams are aware of this have done many things to increase transparency in this area). Second, salary and benefits are not as high as other larger corporations. This is a given, but I still believe that Candoris offers very competitive salary/benefits along with the many other great perks.
