For a place that promote green investment, is shocking to see that they prefer printing everything (including websites) instead of using computers. During the hiring process they present themself as flexible, this is far from the reality. They require people to clock in and out, the argument is that you can use your extra hours, but it is not allowed by the unwritten rule. It would impair your bonus/promotion/job security. It is needed to sit for long hours in the office and print, print and print!!! You are also expected not to use all your holidays. It can be accepted as a favor or for job related training. There is a lack of employee empowerment and there are trust issues especially towards young professional. New ideas are not welcome, it has always been done this way…
