5yThank you for taking the time to give us this feedback. We are sorry that this was your experience with our leadership team. Our leadership team has and maintains an open door policy both in person and virtually. They are always willing to hear and work out any concerns you may have. We understand there is down time in between projects and we try and do our best to fill employees bench time. We have various internal meetings, projects, and initiatives that enable employees to contribute to process improvement of the company when they are in between projects. As far as compensation, we do keep up on our research to make sure we stay competitive. Canidium actually won an award in 2019 for having one of the best compensation plans. It is unfortunate to hear that you felt you experienced favoritism during your time with us. We staff our projects based on what the resource needs are and who best fits those needs. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
