4yWe also know we have work to do in diversifying our workforce, but we continue to make progress. We have a female-majority staff, a female-majority board of directors and we have an intentional, continuous and multifaceted plan in place for hiring underrepresented teammates, specifically BIPOC individuals, at all levels—including leadership.
