Pros
People are willing to help each other from different offices. There are opportunities to work with colleagues across the country. CannonDesign Academy - the in-house educational program offers interesting seminars that are recognized by the AIA and the GBCI. Young professionals are given key roles in the project teams.
Cons
Lack of organization at times. Some teams work long hours while some are more reasonable. Certain teams are not properly staffed.
