Pros
Casual but professional, young but knowledgeable. These are the words that come to mind when I think of Canonball.Somehow this company has gleaned the absolute cream of the industry, (probably through their very competitive internship program).
Everyone in the company gets HubSpot Certified (even interns). Everyone has continuing education through professional book clubs, conferences, and mentorships, as well as several community outreach activities each year that range from volunteering at events to working with local charities. The people that are hired must be expert-level in their field, but also fit into the atmosphere of growth and self motivation that the company perpetuates.
The office is right on the DART train and is super easy to get to. There is also garage parking two blocks away. The uptown trolly also stops right at the office and has been used to get to uptown happy hours. :)
The company also pays for coffee, and the garage parking.
Cons
Work starts at 8am sharp, hard for the night owls, but everyone is out of the office at 5pm.
Bring your headphones, the office can get busy and can get a bit noisey at times.
No group benefits, but there is a reimbursement stipend. I actually like this because I can pick my own plan.
