Joining Canpango gives you an instant second family. The work culture is: fresh, fast-moving, supportive, and instructive - and the people - the people are what make this place so wonderful. If you want people that are hybrids of friends and mentors, then look no further.

Cons

Our Canpango team is growing like crazy, but don't get me wrong we still have our true "start -up moments" - even if you are someone that is more junior level in your career than senior, these grey moments allow you the opportunity to grow alongside true industry innovators and thought leaders, which will challenge you to think creatively and adapt quickly - ultimately sharpening your problem-solving and communication skills faster than you can imagine. It's nigh impossible to have a boring day here.

This company is growing at such a fast pace so it feels great to always be learning. The team is supportive and the culture is open, collaborative and relaxed. Happy hours are common and the CEO is a firm believer that we are a 'people' company. I feed very appreciated and lucky to be on this growing team.

Cons

There is a lot of work to be done at the pace all clients expect: quickly! Prioritizing a lot of clients with our current pool of delivery resources is often a challenge.
