Pros
- Smart people everywhere around you.
- Working on state of the art tech.
- One half software shop and one half research lab. Best of both worlds.
- Based in Boulder and SF -- two amazing places.
- Intellectually honest, engineer-centric culture means no arseholes work here.
Cons
- Upper management is very technical, which is mostly a pro, but the con is that management experience can feel a little bit lacking sometimes.
