Pros

It depends on what department you work in but if you’re in IT they will try to take care of you. Their CIO was the best, honestly. Flexible schedule in that area. A lot of tools to gain experience with. A lot of coworkers are great to work with.

Cons

Salary range is sub par. Don’t expect to make much for the role you are in. Especially compared to other organizations. For the several years I was there; benefits got worse and worse each year. Siloed management and communication throughout different departments. They are in the middle of a cultural “rebuild”; the only way to categorize the current culture is lost. When HR (PXT [People Experience Team], who knows where that came from?) tells you that anyone in the CU could go elsewhere and make more money; that’s a bad sign. Lots of people have been offered a job there and taken other offers; again, bad sign. Too many tools and too many hands in the pot for some things. They’ll spend a lot on great tools but not the people to manage them.

Pros

Work from home and hybrid opportunities.

Cons

Retaliation is a real thing at this company, micro managing is another issue. There’s plenty more but I respect an hadful of individuals there that excel at what they do.
