They will try and attract you by telling you their success stories, But be smart enough to not getting lured into their trap. Even the Co-Founders of the company are not working in the company as they realized that there is no future here. They Cheat clients by giving them false info. They don't even tell their real name. I worked there for almost 1 year, I know some people, how desperate they are to switch the company. Those who got the opportunity left at that very day. Even the diretor of the company is not qualified enough to advise clients in stock market, and they call themselves CFA and Certified Market Researchers. IT'S THE BEST COMPANY TO DESTROY YOUR CAREER. I'm surprised at the comments here. Capquest in Farnborough does have its pros, 1) The colleagues have been there long years which makes them a sort of family 2) because of this, the workplace is like a family

1) You are treated like trash by line managers etc. 2) The pressure on you is so much with managers threatening your peace at every end, it's horrible. 3) For the recruits who have not graduated to the holy segment of the familial part of the company, doesn't matter if you've spent a few years with them, they can easily fire you in the most dreadful way and leave you stranded, no money, nothing- they just really don't care for your or about what happens to you. You've just got to keep that at the back of your mind if you want to join them.
