Pros
CapTech has given me lots of opportunities to learn and grow in my career. I've gained new technical skills while also learning how to contribute to the growth of the business all while helping clients solve difficult problems. Even as CapTech grows the leadership team continues to values each individual and that makes CapTech continue to feel like a small company.
Cons
The performance management process is different from other consulting firms. No up or out mentality and compensation is not tied directly to promotion. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but if you are looking for a typical consulting organization eval and promotion process you are not going to find it here.
