3yThank you for the review. We do strive for flexibility in all aspects of our firm with our work life balance and remote or hybrid work being two primary examples. Our compensation is constantly being reviewed to make sure we are staying competitive in the market. In 2022, we introduced bi-annual bonuses for our consultants, and we will continue to make adjustments that are the best fit for our people as they deliver incredible client work.
