Pros
Support for obtaining certifications. Ability to chart your own course. Company clearly values the contributions their employees make. I feel fairly compensated for what I do. I don't feel pressured to work longer hours than I want to.
Cons
Competitive environment for sure but I see this as a positive because it makes me strive to learn more. Your career path will be supported but it is largely on you to make it happen. You need to be very self-motivated to be successful here. This is again, a plus, for the right type of person.
