Family owned and caring people will push you to be the best you can be. Personal attention given to each employee. Charitable and caring culture despite being for-profit. This is a great place a young person to get experience in marketing and business technology.
Cons
Company is doing their best to manage growth and be flexible for customers. Unfortunately, this can lead to very high expectations (10-20 hrs of overtime and working for those managed) for middle management who are paid fairly for industry (which is low). The industry of vocational rehabilitation requires companies to be super efficient in order to make a profit, so the high-expectations may be an indirect result. Depending on your tolerance level and performance attitude, this could be very good and very bad for you.
