You get a free meal every day. There is paid time off (albeit it's tied into your sick time)
Cons
In house kitchen management is both non hard working and inept; often times you will find yourself doing extra work for an unappreciative kitchen manager (Mashpee location only). Hours harshly cut during the winter season, raise and hiring freezes during the same season. No possibility for overtime (in fact kitchen management is given a bonus based on reducing employment costs). Breaks appear to be optional here, though they do take your break out of your check either way unless you take the time out of your day to email HR.
