The facilities like good infrastructure, gorgeous building, salary will be credited before u expect...!! As a fresher these are great things to experience..!!
Cons
Now coming to the main point i.e work environment. In a big mnc like Capgemini, if u r a fresher everything depends upon your luck. If u get a good project I'll learn a lot otherwise nothing; I'll be editing excel sheets....!!!
