      just a suggestion, Know your potential before getting into this company

      Cons

      Training process is tough and the training schedule is also very tight and duration is of just 45 days or so and they just remove you with in a month of training if you fail in the first test. If you are not from IT background better avoid this company or better learn everything before getting into this company
