      I have done my trainning in 2 months and now working in a project. Time and work is flexible and seniors are helping me so much.

      Cons

      No more downsides from my side. Because, i have joined a work in a lockdown time , so, i started my work from home.

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k
