      Pros

      Hybrid working is good for who doesn't want to go office everyday.

      Cons

      As a foreigner, I experienced language issue. I don't know Polish. Many meeting was starting with "Is there anybody who doesn't know Polish?" sentence. This was disturbing. Sometimes if you are late and there is not any non Polish people, they may start meeting in Polish.
