      Cons

      Salaray doesn't attrach much people.. this is one of the greatest drawbacks Some projects are in very narrow domain

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
