Cons
This company is full of idiots including recruiter to senior management. They make you fool at the time of joining in terms of package and the utmost condition is that the candidate needs to join within 15 days that what they expect and their notice period is 90 days (3 months) which they do not negotiate even. People Managers: Pathetic and sitting from 11 to 15 years in the organisation and think they are GODs of the company and the worst part is you cannot escalate their actions because the senior management & the Human resource depatment are all involved and is playing the dirty politics as everyone and later you will realize these Manager which are on on band 4,5,6 are just puppets. HR: Pathetic is the word for them .. starting from recruiter to the HRBP .. all are same .. to cheat an employee and make the life worst.. Transport - Worst then worst.. Salary- Huge deductions in Salary I have ever noticed in ten years of my career. CIP doesn't come because company is always in loss and even the insurance is not free which is free in all organisations. Please join at your own risk as this is the worst organisation in the market to join and learn something or any technology.
