Pros

> Pros only when you have project in hand

Cons

> don't pay for travel expense when project close even on approval of travel so take always advance cash > my friend got job in other organization and he didn't relieve for 4~5 months due to no replacement when company don't need you than they will fire with one call in week. ofcourse they pay notice pay but they make your career worst > before firing they try to adjust your leaves unethically by mentioning that you are on desk so please use your leave and we will delay your relieving. soon your leave approved than you get relieving letter > No management in company & many people on desk with new CEO > Company's P&L is more important than employee's career so let you decide

Pros

- Standard benefits - Depending on the team you're on, can be a relatively easygoing environment - Ample vacation time, generally readily approved

Cons

- Far, FAR below market wage - No yearly raises or even discussion. With inflation, I'm making less now than I did previously. - Zero room for advancement (see below) - You can be a superstar for the client but that translates into no actual benefits pay or promotion wise at Capgemini - they're entirely unrelated. - My manager basically forgot I exist for over a year which means no discussion about performance, promotion, raises, etc - Opaque processes around pay, promotion, etc - Come here if you want your career and paycheck to stagnate and die - Zero appreciation or acknowledgement from the Capgemini team with the client - there's no carrot and stick, just the stick. No real reason to go above and beyond.
