      Overall, the colleagues are very nice and professional. The management (Mid and High Level)is arrogant, unprofessional and last. Years and years ona a same place, without reasonable upgrade in knowledge or soft skills.

      Cons

      Management personal, no roadmap for professional grow.

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
