Pros
- Can potentially learn a lot in the domain of computer networks, especially in the first few years of your career. - Were able to develop their products right from scratch - which was useful in learning software engineering techniques. - Their Prism training (for freshers) is very useful and a good experience.
Cons
-Horrible work culture! ( ISS/WSS Products. Aricent, Chennai). - They have product release every 3 months. Therefore, for every 1.5 month, they would force you to work on weekends and late night till 10 or 12. (without any extra pay). The compensation holiday you get for that 1.5 months of extra work is definitely not more than 2 days.
