- bonus and pay increase is well below market average
- benefits scheme gets taken from vase pay (except medical)
- org structure and leadership structure, too much management not enough leadership
- many silo's and not a lot of collaboration

Free drinks and snacks, as this used to be a vending machine until it started costing money.. especially the Austin office.
Great receptionist, she was amazing always made sure every employee felt welcomed and ready to work

Terrible management, I mean seriously it’s a joke, you would think corporate America has been shaped slightly different but Jeesh, the Austin office is of two demographics,
As this company is really only 2 demographics sadly that is what is pushed on the US side, aside from developers whom are wonderful from the UK house.
