I have rarely seen a guy so driven, successful and yet down-to-earth. He motivates from the front lines and considers all co-workers - new or old, experienced or young - as valuable assets for Capillary. And a great brand to work for. Atleast in Asia, they are growing quite fast and are being increasingly recognized as a top technology provider. Good job by the front line sales and marketing teams. Technology is cutting edge and you will be working in an industry of the future. Overall, a company which offers a lot of opportunity to rise and shine!
Cons
Startups are not successful simply because they are founded with great ideas. What's important is the execution and putting in place the right people early on -- to shape the core values and mission of the enterprise. A very short time back, everyone at Capillary was driven towards one goal and the best thing about the company was how everyone came together to ensure goals are met. Now, we see a renewed sense of consensus management and everywhere you see - too many cooks spoiling the broth. The senior leaders still seem to be running in different directions and playing politics to save their face. Capillary needs to again become a uni-directional organisation.
