Pros
The team at capita PIP in Northern Ireland are great. The culture is positive and 'can do'. There is room for lots of career growth as the contract is expanding. There is a supportive culture amongst management. The work is initially hard, however once you understand the assessment process, the job becomes easier and you can achieve a great work life balance. The time you complete your work is flexible.........if you need to pick the kids up from school you can, so long as your daily work is completed within the scheduled time frame. Both the clinical and operational teams are very supportive.
Cons
After initial training the job is challenging in time management and quality terms. However this is no different to any change in role. Once these challenges are overcome, and you understand the assessment process, the role becomes significantly more simple.
