Pros
Well i started as a fresher at CAPITA, having worked for around four years below are the positives which i've experienced : 1. Being a service based company it has lot to offer to a fresher in terms of good work load resulting in lot of learning. 2. Reasonable number of Onshore opportunities (UK based).
Cons
Growth becomes stagnant after 3-4 years as the CAPITA offshore lacks project in testing and you wont get much opportunities to gain diverse domain knowledge.
