Pros
Organised in terms of processes, procedures, performance reviews and regular team/company wide meetings.
Cons
Pay rises and bonuses were non existent no matter how hard you worked, nor was there any recognition of your hard work. Also not very good at disciplining work shy employees, leaving their colleagues to take on extra work...again with no reward.
