Pros
Home based culture, so no need to be in the office all the time.. Reasonable pay. "Big company" ethos. As a group, it's big enough to be able to win business at lower risk due to the sheer volume of work it already has.
Cons
Constant reorganisations. No apparent stategy to market. Is it there to support the rest of Capita or is it there to sell business in its own right? There is also a Management "clique" - you're either in or out depending on your boss's connections. .
