According to hr policy there is no any criteria to show any deduction in basic salary which is fix in my interview I also ask about deduction but they not show any deductions in basic but they deduct or hold salary , here my basic CTC was 38000 and I join as a AFM profile but after a month due to incompletion of my target there hr behave very rudely , they terminate me and without giving any single rupees of my salary , I also request to hr to give some part amount to survive in Indore because I m from out of station but they also not provide single amount also, there policy are totally fake due to any reason if you not complete your target do they not give you chance and also they not follow any policy because they are not work according to their policy .

Have to perform with all your wit. No job security. Salary based on your performance in sales. No Stable Growth. Get Knowledge Upto Certain limit. They want to fraud customer at some times. No satisfaction. There customer satisfaction is nearly zero. making money by trial and error.
