Pros

Great office, great perks, great swag, good pay, great non-leadership people who are genuinely excited about the mission, there are opportunities for people who fight for it and give up on work life balance. Hard to find anything bad about this company due to heavy online reputation efforts.

Cons

10x targets, without resources to make that possible. Constant turnover. Everyone is new, full depts - people hired in 2025 - were gone by the new year for not meeting these unrealistic targets. There is no patience for sustainable growth. Org chart too flat, reflecting little trust in leaders to grow the teams. No specific onboarding functions - there's a lot about trading and regulation and ceo speeches, but no AI literacy program to get you to the level they expect you to be on day one to be able to automate your work. No leadership support of any kind, they don't really communicate on a day to day, they have an agent for that. Many burnt-out employment searching outside the company.

Pros

you have a job. A job.

Cons

A complete façade – take a closer look whenever you see those glowing 5-star reviews popping up every few days. The more of them appear, the more suspicious you should become. The workplace culture is profoundly toxic: intimidation, bullying, and sheer arrogance are the daily norm. It’s nothing short of a career graveyard. Talented and competent individuals did pass through here – but they rarely lasted more than 12–18 months. Why? Because genuine ability quickly became a ‘problem’ for the less capable yet unquestioningly loyal. If you value your professionalism, wellbeing, or career trajectory, think twice before stepping into this environment.
