Pros
I’ve been working at Capital.com for a bit over 7 months now (marketing team, Warsaw office), and honestly I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Here’s why:
What I love:
Work-life balance is real. I’m always busy with interesting tasks, but never overwhelmed. There’s no culture of burnout or constant “urgent” fires. It feels healthy and sustainable.
Friendly culture. I have a supportive, collaborative and open-minded team. People genuinely listen to each other, support each other, and are happy to help. You feel respected and valued from the first day here.
The office is comfy. Great design, lots of light, quiet spots, social areas. Coffee, tea, snacks, fruits, sweets - always something around. Croissant mornings, guest baristas, a ping pong table, even free Friday massages. It’s the little things that make a difference.
Many benefits. Private health insurance, English classes, MyBenefit platform, Multisport card, plus new perks being added all the time.
Incredible team events. Earlier this year, they flew the entire company to Dubai for a week to connect, learn, and just enjoy. It was amazing. Locally, we also have BBQs, nature walks, after-work drinks, themed office days, so always something fun going on.
Opportunities to grow. Whether you want to sharpen your skills, change direction, or move up - it’s possible. The company really supports internal growth and learning.
Cons
Any downsides?
Nothing major. Sure, in a big company some communication gaps can happen, but honestly that’s pretty normal. And most of the time, it just takes being proactive.
Final thoughts:
Capital.com has that rare mix of good vibes, solid structure, and genuine care for people. If you’re looking for a place where you can grow without burning out - I’d 100% recommend it.
