Pros
Mutual respect at all levels of the organization, Solid company that provides employees with very good compensation both for current benefits and long-term savings benefits (great retirement plan benefits!) Great place to work at while raising a family. Management is honest and open with associates and is sincere in trying to do the best that it can for clients and associates alike.
Cons
Must be ok with not being a "STAR" and ok with working as part of a team. No STAR treatment here. Can't expect your career opportunities to skyrocket immediately. Patience and diligence pays.
