Culture encourages people who stay rather than people accomplish, people looking forward to their retirement rather than the current task. 7. Career advancement depends more on playing workplace politics than your merit. 8. Management is not good at communicating project goals and objectives to both clients and employees. If you're looking for a job that gives you a nice paycheck every 2 weeks, this is the company for you.
