Pros

good location and office is quite fancy

Cons

So many night calls So many meetings They will force you to speak more in the meeting Don't join this company if you are introvert Your manager will share your personal things in public meetings, no privacy at all The management always feel like this company is the best among the industry, but actually they are not Medical/dental not good enough Low salary increment They said they offered higher salary than usual company, but this is actually because the super heavy workload here They try hard to build a "good" culture, but actually they dont really care what is "good" in employee's mind. Force people to join so many meetings all the time even when you have a lot of work to do People here are the super hypocritical everyone pretend to be nice in front of you as they want to get a good result from peer evaluation. Worst company i have ever worked on

Pros

Compensation and benefits are competitive, and work-life balance is respected. Flexible scheduling, supportive management, and a positive workplace culture make it an enjoyable place to work. Benefits are competitive, and employee well-being is taken seriously.

Cons

Communication between departments could be improved at times. * Decision-making can occasionally take longer than expected due to multiple approval layers. * Workloads can become heavy during busy periods. * Priorities sometimes shift quickly, requiring teams to adapt.

Pros

The bonuses and CSRP of 15% as well as many benefits are unmatched. I enjoy many of my colleagues and have made life long friends.

Cons

It was a great place to work and many will continue to feel that way until they are affected like those of us in the Norfolk Virginia office. There is no loyalty from the company and people are replaced either by a “vision“ of technology that doesn’t yet even exist within the organization or by cheap labor “offshore“. I thought I would retire from here and now I find myself out of a job after over 20 years before the end of 2027.
